OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES, EXCEPT THE VOID LOCATIONS. MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AT THE TIME OF ENTRY TO ENTER. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES. PLEASE READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES CAREFULLY. BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO AND WILL COMPLY WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, DO NOT ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES.

ELIGIBILITY; GENERAL. This sweepstakes is open only to persons who are 18 years or older, and legally reside in the United States, except for the Void Locations. This sweepstakes is not valid in the Void Locations. Employees of CDI PlusOne Corp. ("plusOne") and its promotional partners, including 400 West, LLC d/b/a Farrynheight ("Farrynheight"), and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, and the immediate families and household members of such persons, are not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes. By entering the sweepstakes, you (a) agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules, the decisions of plusOne, which are final and binding in all matters, and any and all applicable laws, rules, or regulations (collectively, "Applicable Laws"); (b) represent that you satisfy these eligibility requirements; and (c) waive any right to claim ambiguity in the sweepstakes or these Official Rules.

BINDING AGREEMENT. These Official Rules form a legally binding agreement with respect to the sweepstakes. If you do not agree to the Official Rules, you are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes or to win any of the prizes. Your submission of an entry into the sweepstakes constitutes your agreement to these Official Rules.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. The sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM ET on May 11, 2026, and ends when plusOne reaches 50,000 followers on its Instagram page @_myplusone or December 31, 2027, whichever is earlier (the "Sweepstakes Period"). plusOne may extend the Sweepstake Period at any time. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period in order to be eligible.

HOW TO ENTER. You may enter only by either of the following methods during the Sweepstakes Period:

Option 1: Completing all of the following:

• Like the plusOne's pinned post on its Instagram page @_myplusone that advertises this sweepstakes (the "Giveaway Post");
• Follow plusOne's Instagram account, @_myplusone; and
• Tag a friend in a comment to the Giveaway Post. Each new comment with a different friend tagged will constitute a new entry, as long as the above steps have also been completed.

Option 2: Sending an email to plusOne at bwbmarketing@beaconwb.com with the subject line "Dream Bag Sweepstakes Entry."

Regardless of method of entry, limit 10 entries per participant. For avoidance of doubt, you may not enter multiple times using multiple accounts, duplicate posts, etc. Except for User-Generated Content, which will be subject to Section 13, all sweepstakes entries become the property of plusOne and will not be acknowledged or returned.

plusOne is not responsible for and will not consider any entries that (i) are incomplete, incorrect, damaged, illegible, misdirected, inaccurate or inaccurately captured, not received by plusOne (including as a result of your privacy settings on a Social Media Platform), lost, stolen, delayed, undelivered, or late for any reason, including as a result of any technical, electronic, telephone, hardware, software, internet, server, email platform, Social Media Platform, website, application, access provider, network, computer, data transmission, or any third-party service errors, malfunctions, or difficulties (including any active or passive filtering) of any kind (collectively, "Transmission Failures"), or (ii) do not conform with any the requirements of these Official Rules (collectively, "Faulty Entries").

If plusOne determines that there is any suspected or actual tampering, it may void the entries at issue, and/or terminate the sweepstakes, at which time, it may conduct a random drawing to award prizes using all eligible entries received as of the termination date.

SELECTION OF WINNER. One (1) potential winner will be chosen by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on or around three (3) business days from the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

PRIZE. The potential winner will receive a pre-owned Togo Birkin 35 Black bag, together with its box, dust bag, raincoat, clochette, lock, and 2 keys. The estimated total value of the prize is $18,570. Prizes may be subject to availability. No prize substitution, cash equivalent of prizes, transfer, or assignment of prizes is permitted, except plusOne may substitute a prize or prizes of similar value.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WE PURCHASED THE PRIZE FROM AN UNAFFILIATED THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE, WWW.FASHIONPHILE.COM, OPERATED BY FASHIONPHILE GROUP LLC ("FASHIONPHILE"). FASHIONPHILE IS A RESELLER OF LUXURY PRE-OWNED GOODS THAT HAS ITS OWN AUTHENTICATION PROCESS. WE DO NOT CONDUCT OUR OWN AUTHENTICATION PROCESS AND WE DISCLAIM ALL REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PRIZE.

WINNER VERIFICATION. Any potential winner will be deemed a winner and eligible to receive the prize only after plusOne's verification of eligibility. plusOne may disqualify you and deem any entry void if it suspects you have (i) violated any Applicable Law or these Official Rules; (ii) tampered with the entry process; (iii) acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or (iv) attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices. ANY ATTEMPT BY YOU TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE DEEMED A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.

OFFICIAL NOTIFICATION. The potential winner will be contacted via Instagram DM or email and must respond within seven (7) days. Winner must supply legal name, email, mailing address, and age at time of entry. plusOne may require personal identification to confirm eligibility. The potential winner may also be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release.

ODDS OF WINNING. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. Many will enter, only one will win.

NO SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM ENDORSEMENT; RELEASE. This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook), Instagram Inc., or any other social media platform (collectively, "Social Media Companies"). You release and discharge, and will indemnify and hold harmless, the Social Media Companies from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of participation in this sweepstakes.

NO HERMÈS, FASHIONPHILE, OR OTHER ENDORSEMENT; RELEASE. The sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Hermès International S.C.A., Fashionphile, or any other prize supplier (collectively, the "Prize Suppliers"). You release and discharge the Prize Suppliers from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of participation.

PRIVACY. Information you provide will be governed by plusOne's Privacy Policy at myplusone.com/privacy.

LICENSES; USER-GENERATED CONTENT; LIKENESS. By entering, you grant plusOne an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works of any content you upload in connection with the sweepstakes, in any media now known or hereafter devised, including for advertising and marketing purposes.

LIKENESS. You grant plusOne the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to use your name, image, likeness, voice, hometown, prize information, and statements made in connection with the sweepstakes in all media, throughout the universe, in perpetuity.

TERMINATION OF SWEEPSTAKES. plusOne may terminate, suspend, or modify these Official Rules or the sweepstakes at any time without prior notice.

RELEASE; DISCLAIMER. plusOne and the Released Parties do not assume any liability for and you release them from any claims, losses, damages, or actions arising out of or relating to the sweepstakes, prize, or any sweepstakes-related activities. plusOne disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. plusOne's total liability shall not exceed the out-of-pocket expenses incurred by you to enter. In no event shall plusOne be liable for attorneys' fees, punitive, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

TAXES. Any winner is solely responsible for all taxes or assessments associated with the prize.

FORCE MAJEURE. plusOne will not be liable for failure or delay due to causes beyond its reasonable control.

WINNER LIST; RULES REQUEST. Email bwbmarketing@beaconwb.com with subject "Official Rules Request; Dream Bag Sweepstakes" or "Winners List Request; Dream Bag Sweepstakes" within 180 days of the Sweepstakes Period.

WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL AND CLASS ACTIONS. EACH PARTY IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ALL RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY AND TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

CHOICE OF LAW; JURISDICTION. Governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Exclusive jurisdiction lies in the federal and state courts of Massachusetts.

DISPUTES. Email bwbmarketing@beaconwb.com with any controversy before legal action. Claims must be commenced within one year.

SEVERABILITY. The provisions of these rules are severable. Invalidity of one provision will not affect the others.
