Last but not least, let’s talk about how it improves your sleep quality. the IRSI data shows that four weeks into the study, women found that masturbating at least three days per week leads to sleeping better, positive mood changes, and positive changes to the overall quality of life. the individuals collectively reported an improvement in their sleep quality, less ‘fogginess’ throughout the day, and felt more cheerful and energetic throughout the day.

after 4 weeks:

  • 62% of women felt more cheerful and energetic throughout the day
  • 62% of women were able to concentrate on their daily tasks better
  • 64% of women felt their mind was less ‘foggy’ throughout the day
  • 66% of women felt less reliant on caffeine in the morning and throughout the day
  • 71% of women reported an improvement in their sleep quality
