All plusOne products come with a pin USB charging cable or a magnetic charging cable. To charge with the pin cable, insert the pin to the charging port. The charging port is small circle with an outline and a tiny pin hole in the center. A blinking light indicator suggests the product is charging, as soon as the light turns solid, the product is fully charged and should be unplugged. To charge with the magnetic cable, simply tap the magnetic cable end to the metal product port and it will attach.
Be sure to clean thoroughly before and after each use. Since all plusOne products are 100% waterproof, you can clean them with water and a mild soap. However, we also recommend our plusOne cleaning wipes for a quick cleaning solution.

If the product was purchased within 2 years and becomes defective, customers are eligible for an exact replacement free of charge. If the product was purchased within 60 days, customers are eligible for a refund or a return for any reason.
