Thank you for your plusOne® purchase. We include a 2-year limited warranty on all our plusOne products. Please see below regarding any questions or concerns you may have.

Not satisfied? If you purchased your plusOne® within the last 60 days and are not satisfied with the product performance and have your receipt for proof of purchase, you are entitled to a refund.

Defective product? If your product becomes defective within two years of purchase, you may exchange it for a replacement at no charge, given you are able to provide proof of malfunction.

Please fill out the form below to proceed with your request. We ask that you allow 5-10 business days from the day we receive the form for your replacement to arrive. Refunds may take up to 60-90 days and will be provided in the form of a check mailed to you. Please note that we can only ship replacement product to a valid US address.

Before you contact customer service, we suggest you take a look at these quick common trouble shooting solutions:

  1. Make sure you are holding the power button down for 3-5 seconds when trying to turn your product ON or OFF
  2. Make sure your plusOne™ product is NOT currently charging when trying to turn it on
  3. Only use the chargers that come with their products. Even if you have two plusOne products, their chargers are different. Therefore, cross-using chargers can negatively impact your products’ performance.
  4. When charging your device, make sure to unplug it as soon as the blinking light indicator turns solid.

CANADA PURCHASES: Please note that all matters regarding plusOne® product returns must be handled through the retailer where you purchased the plusOne® item.
