Thank you for your plusOne purchase. We include a 2-year limited warranty on all our plusOne products. Please see below regarding any questions or concerns you may have.

Not satisfied? If you purchased your plusOne within the last 60 days and are not satisfied with the product performance and have your receipt for proof of purchase, you are entitled to a refund of the Suggested Retail Price.

Defective product? If your product is defective we will issue a replacement, if you provide proof of purchase. If you do not have proof of purchase, you may return your defective product in exchange for a replacement with proof of malfunction (e.g., video clearly showing the product is not working).

Once you have submitted the below information a return shipping label will be generated for you to mail the product back to us. Note that we do not cover return shipping expenses; however, upon receipt of the return, a replacement product (if requested) will be sent to you free of charge. Please allow 5-10 business days from the day we receive the return, for your replacement to arrive.

Before you contact customer service, we suggest you take a look at these quick common trouble shooting solutions:

  1. Make sure you are holding the power button down for 3-5 seconds when trying to turn your product ON or OFF
  2. Make sure your plusOne™ product is NOT currently charging when trying to turn it on
  3. Only use the chargers that come with their products. Even if you have two plusOne products, their chargers are different. Therefore, cross-using chargers can negatively impact your products’ performance.
  4. When charging your device, make sure to unplug it as soon as the blinking light indicator turns solid.
